During the filming process I worked with my group partners to start our commercial. I first thought about different locations to shoot our scenes that we needed to shoot outside. We started off at the entrance of the school to shoot the scene that required us to be walking together into school. After we shot that scene, we looked around the school to see if we could find a location that had better lighting, or just looked better on camera. Fortunately, on our second shot, we ended up with the perfect shot for our fourth scene. After shooting outside, we went to shoot the scenes that required us to be in a classroom. For the commercial, I needed  different sets of colored pencils so each of the characters had a different product/box. Unfortunately, we did not have the second prop, so I was unable to shoot my scene that required me to use that prop. I told the editor of my group to make the shots a bit brighter to be similar to the bright and colorful commercials that Crayola usually has

Storyboard Blog First Scene: In this scene, we open with a scene containing a few jump-cuts with hands slamming hand-drawn and colored pictures (4 total) onto a table. They will be placed side by side in line of the beat of a count to 4. The entire scene will be shot at a high angle. Second Scene: The next scene we wanted to include two students taking the colored pencils off a desk/table. The location will be inside a classroom but will be made to look as if the students are packing their bags before school. This scene will be a split-screen, showing two different students packing the colored pencils.  Third Scene: The third scene will be showing the two students putting the colored pencils in the backpack, which will also be a split screen.  Fourth Scene: The fourth scene will show the two students meeting together and walking into the school, being happy and energetic. This will help add to the fun and happy energy that is created in most Crayola commercials. This shot will be zoo

Product/Idea: Crayola products My group is doing a Crayola commercial. Crayola commercials usually include young kids at school coloring or drawing.  ·         The kids' attire is either uniforms or bright and bubbly clothes, that are school appropriate.  ·         Some props are things found in an elementary school classroom or a child's room. The classroom has desks, paper, a lot of paintings and posters, and school supplies. ·         The kids are happy and hanging out with their friends. They are laughing and having a good time in class.  ·         The score through the commercials are happy and upbeat to appeal to younger audiences and get their attention.  ·         The Crayola logo is a yellow and green circle that says Crayola with a rainbow looking smile underneath. The Crayola slogan is “The Power of Creativity – Crayola – It Starts Here” which means that the possibilities are endless. It tells you to bring out your creative side and have fun.  ·         In the comm

When thinking of someone to do the commercial project with, I wanted to make sure that I chose people who where hardworking, open to ideas, and participate in the work. I decided to work with Kaitlyn Casella and Sofia Grajales. I feel like they will equally participate in the project, and also bring any ideas to the table, and be open to anyone else's ideas. Sofia and Kaitlyn are both hard-working, and are also very nice and respectful. There have been many times that I have been in a project where I have had to do all the work, and also when any of my ideas where not really accepted. I feel like it is very important that you work with a group that you can trust and count on. Working with friends is always fun, but that doesn't always mean that they are good group project members. A good group are people that you work well with, but can also count on to do the work. I hope that Kaitlyn, Sofia, and me will come up with good ideas for the project, and also make a good video.  Hi my name is Camille Keith, and I am in 10th grade. I decided to take AICE Media Studies to learn more about filming, and all the work that goes behind it. I hope to learn really good tips on how to film well, and understand the basics of filming. A little background information on me is that I was born in California, and then two years later, I moved to New Orleans. I lived there for four years, and then moved to Florida, and I have been here for around 10 years. I used to play volleyball and soccer, but my main focus is dance. I have been dancing for 10 years, and hope to be doing it for longer. This is another reason that I am interested in AICE Media is because I do have interests in the arts, especially because I to dance, and have been playing piano for 10 years as well. I have my mom, dad, a sister, and a dog, all of which I love very much. I am lucky to have such a kind and caring family, because unfortunately, not everyone is blessed with that. I am a pretty independent pers
