Filming more of the commercial

For the second day of filming, we shot any of the scenes that we where unable to finish from the last class. I had the prop that we forgot form the last class so I shot the scenes that required that prop to be shown. My prop was a 100 pack of Crayola colored pencils, so we made sure to use the colored pencils in different ways. I first started by doing the scene where I grab the box of colored pencils, and take it off the desk. This scene will be shown as a split screen, and the other screen will be my group mate doing the same action that I did while being on a split screen. After we filmed that scene, we shot the scene where I put the colored pencils in my bag. For this scene we wanted to make sure that the background was in a school like atmosphere, so we filmed on a desk chair, behind a bright colored wall. I also made sure that this scene contrasted with my group mates scene that shows the same thing. I then used the colored pencils to create kid-like pictures that will be shown at the end scene. I then took one of my pictures to use in the next shot that we had to shoot. In this scene, I was required the lay on the floor, looking like I was enjoying coloring and having fun. While one of my group mates was filming, I pretended to be coloring, and then I had to knock the Crayola box over to make the colored pencils spill out. Then it will cut to the Crayola box spilled out, which will then lead to the ending scene with the Crayola logo. This scene was really difficult for me because it was hard to look like I was fake knocking over the box. I would either look up to fast or it would look too fake, so this scene took a couple of times for me to get it right. After shooting this scene, I noticed that it did not match up to well to scene where we cut it to the Crayola box, so I decided that it might work better for the filmers to both film at the same time, but at different angles. This made the scene match up a lot better. All of the scenes turned out pretty well, and I am excited to see what the final commercial turns out to be. I hope that all the scene will match up with one another, and I hope that it will be similar to what I was envisioning it to be like.
