Planning Blog: Other information

 Locations:  

Camille’s house, Lauren's house, Volunteer Park or Holiday Park, and a place on Sunset Strip, which is Kaitlyn and Lauren’s neighborhood. 

Participants:  

We have four participants, Kaitlyn Casella, Camille Keith, Lauren Quiles, and Sofia Grajales. Kaitlyn is the main actor, Sophie Walker. Camille is the second actor, Riley Scott. Lauren is the news anchor, Sally Banks. Sofia is an actor, Alexander (Alex) Delgado, and director. Kaitlyn and Camille will film some scenes too.  

Backup plan:  

Since Lauren is not “officially” in our group, and is unable to film with us, then we can use Kaitlyn’s sister, Hailey. Or Sofia will be the news anchor. Also, we would then use Sofia’s house to film the other scenes. If our film ends up going over the time limit, we will end up getting rid of the 8th scene and use the 7th scene as our ending. This will work out well because the sixth scene could also be a good ending. If we are still too overboard with time, we will cut the 3rd scene.  

Health and Safety: 

Due to COVID-19, we will only be taking our masks off when filming and place them back on when finished. During our filming schedule, we each will try our best to stay away from popular places to prevent any sort of contact with COVID-19. This is so we don’t have to make adjustments if one of us gets sick. We will have our parents' home with us, or watch us, when we need to film inside or outside.  

 

Schedule: Our group made a Calander at the beginning of this project to help make it easier for us to figure out what day works best to film. Because we all have sports or other activities after school, the easiest days for us to film would most likely be on weekends. A planned date that we have is March 12th or 13th . We also plan on getting together for half of spring break to film. On March 7th, we will do the music blog. On March 10th, 13th, and 17th, will all be filming blogs. On the 28th and 30th we will do two editing blogs. April 4th will be the film review. On the 7th, it will a filming day, and the 10th, we will make any changes to the film. On the 13th, we will edit the video.

In this case, the new girl, Macie, attends, once again, another new school. Being “the new kid” is already hard enough, but to make it even harder on Macie, Courtney makes her first couple of days at school even more difficult. Production Blog: filming my scene

 Today, I am going to be filming the scenes with only me in them. Julie came over after school to help me film some of the parts. When I got home, I went to go change into my clothes for the scenes. I was wearing a bright pink top with jeans. we started off with me walking through the door of my house. I went outside the door and Julie filmed me walking in. During this scene, it was only me so you I didn't have much dialogue. Julie and I filmed the rest of the shots that I need for the scene by myself. Since I didn't have much dialogue, I had to make sure that my facial expressions where good so that the audience could still have an idea about what was going on in the scene. Filming these scenes weren't too hard. I would say the toughest part of this process was getting the right angle.
